Text Verifi may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Service.

Our services are available only to individuals aged 13 years or older. Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be terminated immediately.

You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are liable for all actions performed under your account.

Creating multiple accounts to evade suspension, misuse free credits, or exploit system behavior will result in termination of all linked accounts.

• Users must first add funds to their Text Verifi Wallet before purchasing any temporary phone numbers.
• All deposits are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or account status.
• When a number is purchased, the corresponding amount is automatically deducted from the wallet.
• If the verification SMS is not delivered within the specified timeout period, the charge will be automatically credited back to your wallet balance.
• Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or transferred outside Text Verifi unless explicitly allowed within the platform.
• We accept payments via credit/debit/prepaid/gift cards and may change or discontinue accepted methods at any time.

By adding funds, you confirm that you understand and agree that all balances are for service use only and not subject to refund.

• Numbers provided by Text Verifi are temporary and shared; they remain the property of our system and suppliers.
• Sharing, reselling, or publishing numbers externally is strictly forbidden.
• Numbers are intended only for SMS verification and may change or become unavailable at any time.
• We are not responsible for consequences resulting from how you use a number.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Text Verifi from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our numbers or platform.

You must not use the Service for:

• Illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities
• Spam, phishing, or impersonation
• Account farming or automated verification abuse
• Circumventing bans or exploiting bugs

Engaging in any prohibited activity may lead to immediate and permanent account suspension without refund.

Our services are digital and delivered instantly after successful wallet funding and order placement. No physical goods are provided.

If you encounter a delivery issue (e.g., message not received, order timeout), the system will automatically credit the corresponding balance back to your wallet.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their accounts are active and not restricted before attempting to purchase or use numbers.

By using Text Verifi, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes once funds are successfully added to your wallet. All transactions are verified by 3D Secure authentication for cardholder protection.

Any unauthorized or false chargeback claims may result in permanent account suspension and legal action for damages.

Referral rewards are credited only for legitimate new users. Self-referrals or duplicate accounts are prohibited. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without notice.

Text Verifi does not guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free. Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or number pool at our discretion.

In no event shall Text Verifi or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
